Meet Rodney Curtis
Candidate for Gordon County Sheriff
I was born and raised in Gordon County. My parents are Lamar and Mary Curtis. I have two brothers-Ron and Derrick Curtis, and two children-Landon and Carly Curtis. I’m engaged to Julie (Burchett) Russell, and we have a sweet, energetic dog named Max. In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, fishing, and spending time with my friends and family, and helping others.
I started my career in law enforcement in 2002-2008 I was employed at the Gordon County Sheriff's Office.
